John is the former Advanced Manufacturing Center Coordinator at A-B Tech Community College, an experienced business coach, speaker, motivator, and business owner.
He is an expert at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical team members and leveraging their collaborative energy.
He is adept at making powerful ideas accessible and relevant. He has a long history of helping develop individual and team-leadership capacity—clarity, competence, confidence, and resiliency—along with the motivation to commit to strategic process improvement and quality objectives
During his nearly six years at Advanced Manufacturing Center in Asheville, North Carolina, John collaborated with industry partners to identify, develop, and provide industry-specific training and Lean Six Sigma leadership programs.
As a business owner in his own right, John combines more than two decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience in a spectrum of businesses he started or bought, including software development, construction, management consulting, and business leadership coaching.
